Why Wear a Belly Belt?

Lifts the belly and provides support for your lower back and abdomen which can result in:

• improved posture
• improved balance
• lowers the risk of falling
• reduced bladder pressure

The compression of a belly belt helps support the uterus and reduce discomfort from movement.

How to Wear

• position the shaped cushioned pad under your belly and wrap the straps around your back securing it with the velcro fastening
• adjust the position and tightness so that it is supporting the belly and not obstructing you whilst sitting or walking
• take care to not catch the velcro on your skin or other clothing when attaching and detaching the velcro

Postpartum

• the belly belt can also be worn after birth
• position over the hips to aid in pelvic recovery after a natural birth
• after a c-section, the cushioning support pad is gentle and soft to help protect the area

• we recommend a gentle cold hand wash, do not wring, do not tumble dry, hang dry in shade, do not iron
