1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- For bundled sets, all items in the bundle must be returned together.
2. How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] to request a return address and instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost and can use any carrier of your choice.
- We recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns.
3. Refunds
- Full-priced items (including those purchased with a promo code) are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges, customs duties, tariffs, or other fees.
- Refunds are typically processed within one week of our receiving and inspecting your return.
- Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded primarily as a new gift card; any remaining balance will go back to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Hosiery, compression hosiery, socks, and underwear briefs
- Nursing pads, maternity pads
- Swimwear (unless the hygiene protection sticker is intact)
6. Final Notes
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition will be returned to you without a refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
