Returns Policy

We want you to love your Supormama purchase, and we’re committed to making returns as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
 

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • For bundled sets, all items in the bundle must be returned together.
 

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] to request a return address and instructions.
  2. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and can use any carrier of your choice.
  3. We recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns.
 

3. Refunds

  • Full-priced items (including those purchased with a promo code) are eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges, customs duties, tariffs, or other fees.
  • Refunds are typically processed within one week of our receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded primarily as a new gift card; any remaining balance will go back to your original payment method.
 

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
 
  • Hosiery, compression hosiery, socks, and underwear briefs
  • Nursing pads, maternity pads
  • Swimwear (unless the hygiene protection sticker is intact)
 

6. Final Notes

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition will be returned to you without a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
